Call 937.866.1351 to request an appointment.

Animal Medical Center of  Miamisburg schedules half-hour appointments to allow ample time for all patients.  During the appointment, a technician and veterinarian will discuss the physical exam findings, medical and nutritional recommendations, parasite prevention and answer any questions you may have about your pet’s behavior or general health.

If an accommodating appointment cannot be scheduled, we offer admittance appointments. You can bring your dog or cat into the hospital to stay for the day and they will be examined by the doctor during the day. The doctor will call with a treatment plan and a time will be set for your pet to be picked up later in the day.

Before your first appointment begins, you will be asked to fill out a New Client Information Sheet so that we have updated records and contact information for both you and your pet. You may plan to fill this at the time of your appointment, or you may wish to save time and fill out a printable copy and bring it with you. If you choose to complete your paperwork at the time of your visit, please allow an additional 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time.

Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable.

Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and we greatly appreciate clients who reciprocate that effort.  If for any reason you become aware that you will be late for an appointment, please give us a call to let us know.
